Welcome to SlickBuy Liquidation (slickbuyliquidation.com). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, services, and the purchase of any products. By accessing our site or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Overview of Services

SlickBuy Liquidation is a liquidation and resale marketplace. We specialize in the sale of overstock, customer returns, and liquidated inventory. Due to the nature of liquidation, many items are sold at a significant discount and are subject to specific conditions regarding their state and warranty.

2. Eligibility

By using this site, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. If you are using the site on behalf of a business, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

3. Product Condition and "As-Is" Sales

ALL ITEMS ARE SOLD "AS-IS, WHERE-IS."

Condition categories: Each listing displays one of the following conditions, consistent with our marketplace: New, Like New, Used, or Salvage / For Parts. We make every effort to describe conditions accurately; however, we do not guarantee the functionality or completeness of items listed as Salvage / For Parts, or of customer returns and liquidated inventory generally.

No warranties: SlickBuy Liquidation disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Manifest accuracy: For bulk lots or pallets, manifests are provided as a guide only. A variance of up to 10% in value or quantity is considered acceptable in the liquidation industry.

4. Pricing and Payments

Pricing: All prices are in USD. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.

Taxes: Buyers are responsible for all applicable sales taxes unless a valid resale certificate is provided and approved prior to purchase.

Payment methods: We accept major credit cards, wire transfers, and other approved electronic payment methods. Orders will not be processed until payment is confirmed.

5. Pickup

Local pickup only: We do not offer shipping. Purchases must be picked up at our designated facility unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing. Risk of loss passes to the buyer when the item is released at pickup.

Pickup timeframe: Items must be picked up within five (5) business days of purchase. Items left longer than ten (10) business days may be subject to storage fees or considered abandoned without a refund.

Large and palletized lots: You are responsible for loading, transport, and any equipment or labor needed to remove items from our facility.

6. Returns & Refunds Policy

Standard liquidation terms: all sales are final.

Because we sell liquidated inventory, customer returns, and overstock at a fraction of retail cost, we cannot offer returns or exchanges.

"As-is" condition: Many items are customer returns and may have damaged packaging or missing components. By purchasing, you acknowledge this risk.

Discrepancies: If you receive the completely wrong item (for example, you purchased a pallet of electronics but received a pallet of clothing), you must report the error within 48 hours of pickup using the contact below. This aligns with our local pickup process in Section 5: claims are tied to what you receive when you take possession at our facility.

Freight and carrier transport: We do not ship orders to you. If you arrange for a freight carrier or third party to move palletized or large lots from our facility, SlickBuy Liquidation is not responsible for damage caused by that carrier after loading and release. Inspect all freight before signing the Bill of Lading (BOL). If a pallet or load appears damaged at pickup, note the damage on the BOL before the driver leaves.

Unauthorized returns: Any items sent back without prior written authorization will be refused.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on slickbuyliquidation.com, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of SlickBuy Liquidation or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SlickBuy Liquidation shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services or the purchase of products. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question.

9. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Use the site for any fraudulent or illegal purposes.
  • Attempt to interfere with the site's security or network.
  • Scrape or crawl the site for data without our express permission.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State in which SlickBuy Liquidation is headquartered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
